Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services
Our company specializes in searching for and providing work assignments for independent workmen. We act as intermediaries between clients and workmen, facilitating job opportunities for the latter.

2. Commission Fees
Upon securing a job, a deposit is required, which serves as our commission. This deposit is non-refundable after 48 hours and covers the costs incurred in arranging the job, including compensating our workmen. In the event of a late cancellation, this deposit protects our workmen from losses related to materials and wages.

3. Liability
It is expressly understood that our company is not liable for any work carried out by the workmen we connect with clients. We do not guarantee the quality of work, timeliness, or any other aspect of the services rendered by the workmen. Clients engage the services of workmen at their own risk.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for verifying the credentials, qualifications, and references of the workmen. Our company performs light background checks on any workmen in our network.

5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes between clients and workmen, our company may offer mediation services to help reach an amicable resolution. However, we are not obligated to intervene in such disputes, and any decisions made by our company are not binding.

6. Termination of Services
Our company reserves the right to terminate services with any client or workman if there is a breach of these terms and conditions or if we deem it necessary in the best interest of our business.

7. Confidentiality
All information shared between clients, workmen, and our company will be treated with the strictest confidence. We will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without consent.

8. Deposit
Deposits are required for our services. It is important to note that deposits are non-refundable after 48 hours. This non-refundable status also ensures that our workmen are compensated for materials and wages in the event of a late cancellation.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
