1. *Scope of Services:* Our company specializes in searching for and providing work assignments for independent workmen. We act as intermediaries between clients and workmen, facilitating job opportunities for the latter.
2. *Commission Fees:* Upon successful completion of a job by the workman referred by our company, we are entitled to a commission fee. This fee is accounted for in the quote from the workman's job.
3. *Liability:* It is expressly understood that our company is not liable for any work carried out by the workmen we connect with clients. We do not guarantee the quality of work, timeliness, or any other aspect of the services rendered by the workmen. Clients engage the services of workmen at their own risk.
4. *Client Responsibilities:* Clients are solely responsible for verifying the credentials, qualifications, and references of the workmen they choose to hire. Our company does not perform background checks on any workmen in our network.
5. *Dispute Resolution:* In the event of any disputes between clients and workmen, our company may offer mediation services to help reach an amicable resolution. However, we are not obligated to intervene in such disputes, and any decisions made by our company are not binding.
6. *Termination of Services:* Our company reserves the right to terminate services with any client or workman if there is a breach of these terms and conditions or if we deem it necessary in the best interest of our business.
7. *Confidentiality:* All information shared between clients, workmen, and our company will be treated with the strictest confidence. We will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without consent.
8. *Payment Protection:* We provide payment protection to all our workmen and clients. This involves the client paying into our payment protection business banking system for safety. In the event of a mishap, a third-party surveillance person will be sent to the property to ensure work has been completed to normal standards. If the work has been completed to standard, the funds will be released to the workman. If there are any issues, the workman will have 5 days to rectify them. The cost of the surveillance person will be deducted from the withheld funds. The client has 24 hours to report any issues until payment is automatically released.
9. *Deposit:* Deposits are required for our services. It is important to note that deposits are non-refundable after 48 hours.
10. *Governing Law:* These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
